派希是一家为个人学习与机构教育提供数字化与个人化的技术与方法论支持的教育公司。派希在全球范围内为各类学校提供基于数字化工具的课程建设体系、引导学生自主性学习的方法论、学生学习过程数据采集及评价工具和创新教育、创客教育的整体架构方案。另一方面，派希架构的平台为个人提供全新的便捷的个人知识库管理方法，派希则使用知识库群的数据成企业、政府提供评估、选拔和灵活重组人才的服务。

The aim of PACEE is to provide a package of digitized and personalized technologies and methodologies to support individual learning and to facilitate group education. We offer the following services for schools: a system of course construction based on digitized tools; a methodology to promote students’ self-awareness and self-driven learning activities; a set of tools to record and evaluate students’ learning process; a holistic constructive solution for [[innovation education] and [maker education]]. On the other hand, the PACEE platform offers a brand new method of knowledge repository management for individuals. Groups of knowledge repositories generate big data, based on which we offer service of evaluating, screening and flexible regrouping of talents for companies and the government.

派希将为群体学习（众学）制定教育学标准，为群体创新（群智）制定行业标准。5年内使国内80%的中学以上学校采用我们的标准引导学生的群体学习行为。网络化的、数字化的群体学习与群体创新的全面施行使不同学科、行业、机构之间智力资源交互的壁垒轰然崩塌。任何社会构或活动都能够借助派希平台提供的数据标准做人才的管理与评估。

PACEE will define the educational standards for "crowd learning" and the business standards for "crowd innovation". Within 5 years, we plan to see 80% of middle schools or above adopt our standards. The full implication of crowd learning and crowd innovation crashes the walls among intellects from various disciplines, industries and organizations. Any social groups or activities could use the standards provided by PACEE to facilitate management and evaluation of talents.
