极限学习过程: Extreme Learning Process (XLP)

Extreme Learning Process (XLP) is a crowd-based learning activity design methodology. It provides an operational framework to organize trans-disciplinary missions that requires contributions from many different kinds of talents.

It also uses a number of digital publication technologies, so that many kinds of participants can work together to demonstrate their creativities and accumulate learning results on a digital platform.

XLP can be viewed as a human-machine integrated operating system, where a set of communication and control mechanisms are employed to enable a group of people and organizations to coordinate learning activities. Similar to an operating system, XLP participants are presented with three basic instruments to engage with crowd-learning activities:

1. Digital Identity/Accountability

2. Input/Output Device Control (Space Management)

3. Scheduling of Events (Time Management)
