PACEE will define the [[educational standards standard]] for "[[crowd learning]]" and the business standards [[industrial standard]] for "[[crowd innovation]]". Within 5 years, we plan to see 80% of middle schools or above adopt our standards. The full implication of crowd learning and crowd innovation crashes the walls among intellects from various disciplines, industries and organizations. Any social groups or activities could use the standards provided by PACEE to facilitate management and evaluation of talents.
