The same command applies (only this time you can skip the pleasantries and you will be required to employ a precise formatting). Here, the instruction will look like this:

    1. 圣代属于软质冰淇凌,所以很难在超市和冰柜中售卖。因此大多数圣代都在冷饮店以及快餐店售卖(如平时在肯德基,麦当劳的草莓新地等等)。
  2. 圣代与一般冰淇凌的理化指标不同。
    1. 理化指标说是产品的物理还有化学指标。对于冰淇凌而言,一般指的是冰淇凌的粘度、闪点、pH值等。

圣代的历史

圣代起源于美国,因为周日是安息日不允许售卖冰淇凌,所以商贩就在冰淇凌上覆盖各类果酱(如同现在的草莓圣代上的草莓酱),并取名为“Sunday”(星期日),但后来怕亵渎“安息日”的神圣,所以改名为“Sundae”(即翻译成中文的“圣代”或者“新地”)。

对于圣代的评价

清华美院张善锐同学:圣代比一般的冰淇凌更加丝滑爽口,假如吃普通冰淇凌是像喝碳酸饮般的刺激爽快,那圣代更像是品茶一样的优雅养性。感受它那介于冰淇凌于奶昔之间的甜腻,致密,细细品味牛奶与果酱在嘴里交融下咽。吃圣代简直是一场感官的发掘与提升!
