The goal is to present the notion that Tsinghua will work with the entire Hacker Community, to Fuse Hacker Culture with Formal Education in an Integrated Intelligent System. What we mean by Intelligent System, is a Master Degree program run under the code name, GIX, Global Innovation Exchange, by Tsinghua University in the Washington State, with Microsoft Corp, and U of Washington. In Beijing, we will have the same idea in iCenter, where I work. We will have a program covering embedded system design (Micro-Scopic Intelligent System), Robotic Systems (Meso-Scopic Intelligence), and Intelligent Transportation System (Macro-Scopic Intelligence), all related to a common core curriculum.
