The aim of [[PACEE]] is to provide a package of digitized and personalized technologies and methodologies to support individual learning and to facilitate group education. The core business value of PACEE could be summarized into one word "crowd". To be specific, we have three layers. In macro scale we analyse group consciousness: we interpret the overall situation of group learning and cognition through analysis of macro scale data; in meso scale we are experienced in organizing group workshops; in micro scale we use wiki-based platform to allow individual collection and accumulation of knowledge based on entries.
