- hiring, training, manage software team & developer culture.
- (2014) design & develop the Phantom Smart Cloud platform. It involves the control and automation of lighting, heating ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC), and security, as well as home appliances based on Phantom Smart Devices.
- (2015-2016) supervisor of Phantom first & biggest business project : Vanke VV apartment. made Phantom successful transform from B2C to B2B. and subsequently i design & develop Chris. Chris it's a off-site construction system for planning, design, fabrication, and assembly of smart building elements to support the rapid and efficient construction of a smart building. it cost almost 1 year to get everything done : hardware & sofeware tools(6 month), standardization workflow & staff training courses(6 month).
- (2017) push phantom transforming into a data-driven company, it contains two works: Real-Time Stream Processing System based on storm. it improve observability & great reduce the latency, complexity of the origin C/S articheture; Phantom Data Platform based on ELK, design for data analysis & chart report. also make it possible to discover & diagnose the problem inside smart buildings.
