1. 借用人发邮件联系实验室管理员，填写申请表格（包括申请人信息，借用目的，借期等）。
2. 实验室管理员确认并通知取件。
3. 实验室管理员在wiki上更新设备出借状况
4. 目前对于校内学生免费。校外的公司或者学生，收取适当费用。
